- Although in my blog post I have specific measurements for the chocolate ganache and graham cracker filling, you don’t really need it. Use your senses to gage; it’s hard to eff this up. If worse comes to worse, you can always reheat the ganache carefully, and add a little chocolate to thicken or cream to thin out.
- The marshmallow cream will work MUCH better than store-bought marshmallow fluff (cream). Store version will drip and fall. Not to mention my marshmallow cream will ignite magical fireworks in your mouth.
- To save time, don’t stuff. Dip in chocolate, roll in graham crumbs, then refrigerate. Cover in marsh and you’re good to go.
-You do not need a little kitchen torch. The link for recipe shows another option in your kitchen for toasting the marsh. There’s also always a camp fire, for you country dwellers.
